Privacy policy
Effective 13 August 2026
We do not collect your data. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third party SDKs in any of our apps. What follows is the detail behind that sentence.
What this covers
This policy covers the aeryx website at aeryx.ai and our iOS apps, loggit and Just Next. Aeryx Industries LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, operates all of them and trades as aeryx, so "we" and "us" below mean that company. It is the controller of any personal data this policy describes.
What the apps collect
Nothing. Both apps store what you type entirely on your own device, in the app's private storage, and neither app sends it anywhere. There is no server to send it to. We do not operate an account system, so we never know who you are.
Concretely, the workouts, routines, tasks and settings you enter stay on your iPhone. We cannot read them, and we could not hand them over if we were asked to.
What we do not use
The apps contain no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no attribution or measurement code, and no third party software development kits of any kind. Nothing in either app makes a network request.
iCloud and device backups
If you have iCloud Backup turned on, iOS may include app data in the backup it makes of your phone. That copy lives in your own iCloud account under your Apple ID, governed by Apple's privacy policy, and we have no access to it. The same is true if a future version of an app offers iCloud sync: the data would move between your own devices through your own iCloud account, never through us.
Notifications
Just Next can remind you about the task at the top of your list. Those reminders are scheduled and delivered on your device by iOS. The text never leaves the phone, and we do not run a push server.
Purchases
If an app offers a paid feature, Apple processes the purchase. Payment details go to Apple and never to us. We see only the anonymous, aggregated sales reports Apple gives every developer, which do not identify you.
The website
This site is static and sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and embeds nothing from other companies. Cloudflare serves it and, as any web host does, records ordinary request metadata such as IP address and browser type for a short period to keep the service running and to block abuse. We do not use that data to build any profile of you.
If you write to us for support, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use it for nothing else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties, because we do not hold any to begin with.
How long we retain data
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. App data is retained on your device for exactly as long as you keep it there.
Deleting your data
Delete an app and iOS removes its data from your device with it. Within an app you can delete individual items at any time. If you have iCloud Backup on, remove the app's data from your backup in Settings under your Apple ID. There is nothing for you to request from us, because we hold nothing to delete.
Children
Our apps are safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children under 13 included, because we do not collect personal information at all.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct, delete and port the personal data a company holds about you, and the right not to have it sold. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct or erase. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If an app ever starts collecting something, we will say so here and in the app before it does.
